„Einfach machen. Lohnt sich und macht Spaß!“ Ergebnisse der MALIS-Absolvent*innenbefragung 2024
- Im Zuge der digitalen Transformation verändern sich die Anforderungen an die akademische Ausbildung von Mitarbeiter*innen wissenschaftlicher und öffentlicher Bibliotheken. Um das Curriculum des MALIS-Studiengangs bedarfsgerecht anpassen zu können, ist 2024 die nach 2016 und 2018 dritte Absolvent*innenbefragung durchgeführt worden. Der vorliegende Beitrag stellt das methodische Vorgehen und die Ergebnisse vor.
- In the course of the digital transformation, the requirements for the academic training of academic and public library staff are changing. In order to be able to adapt the curriculum of the MALIS degree programme in line with requirements, the third graduate survey was conducted in 2024 after 2016 and 2018. This article presents the methodological approach and the results.
