• Persönlichkeitsbildung ist ein wichtiger Bildungsbereich, welcher in Bibliotheken als Bildungseinrichtungen aufgegriffen werden kann. Daher wird Persönlichkeitsbildung in der bibliothekarischen Veranstaltungsarbeit am Beispiel von theaterpädagogischen Projekten innerhalb dieser Bachelorarbeit thematisiert. Aus der psychologischen Definition von Persönlichkeit und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung geht hervor, dass dies eine Eigenleistung ist, die unterstützt werden kann. In Bezug auf gesellschaftliche Rollen, Identitätsbildung und kulturelle Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten, die im Jugendalter relevant sind, gilt es theaterpädagogische Projekte als Option zu betrachten. Dort kann eine soziale Realität geschaffen werden, die Teilnehmenden vielseitige Möglichkeiten zur Persönlichkeitsbildung zur Verfügung stellt. Bibliotheken können als kultureller Raum solche Angebote in ihrer Veranstaltungsarbeit ansiedeln.
• The development of one’s personality is an important part of education which libraries can provide as educational institutions. Because of this the topic of developing one's personality during events in libraries shown through the example of theater projects will be discussed in this bachelor thesis. The psychological definitions of personality and personality development show that everyone is responsible to develop their own personality. This process can be supported. In relation to the roles in society, forming an identity and having cultural possibilities for expression, theater projects might be a significant option for adolescents to explore these. Such events can offer a social reality providing participants with important aspects to their personality development. Libraries as cultural institutions can plan these kinds of events.
