N2  - Web Präsenz gestaltet das Gesamtbild eines Unternehmens im Internet und bietet zahlreiche Kanäle für Kundenkommunikationen an. Während solcher Kommunikationen entstehen enorme Mengen an von Nutzern generierten Daten, die nicht nur messbar sind, sondern dabei auch zu potenziellen Trägern von wertvollem Wissen werden. Diese Arbeit soll eine anwendungsorientierte Einführung in das Modellieren von Web-Daten mit Hilfe der Klassifikationsverfahren geben, die nach Ansicht des Autors einer der wichtigsten Verfahren der angewandten Statistik sind.
N2  - Web presence creates the overall image of a company on the Internet and offers numerous channels for customer communications. During such communications enorme quantities of data generated by users arise, which are not only measurable, but also become potential carriers of valuable knowledge. This work is to give an application-oriented introduction into the modelling of Web data with the help of the classification methods, which in the opinion of the author are one of the most important methods of applied statistics.
