Ehrenfeld GmbH N2 - Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist die Bewertung der vorhandenen Kommunikationsstrukturen für die Einführung von Wissensmanagement am Beispiel des Veranstaltungs- und Kulturstättenbetreibers „Bhf. Ehrenfeld GmbH“. Dazu werden zunächst die Voraussetzungen für die Einführung von Wissensmanagement im Unternehmen geprüft und Wissensmanagementziele und -strategien entwickelt. Nach einer Analyse der Kommunikationsstrukturen werden diese für die Einführung von Wissensmanagement evaluiert. Es kann hierbei erfolgreich eine Brücke zwischen den beiden Gebieten des Wissensmanagements und der Kommunikation geschlagen werden. Um Praxisnähe zu wahren, werden schlussendlich Handlungsempfehlungen bezüglich der Einführung von Wissensmanagement und der Anpassung der Kommunikationsstrukturen gegeben. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass sich im untersuchten Unternehmen einerseits Wissensmanagementmethoden und andererseits verbesserte Kommunikationsstrukturen mit Hilfe von Enterprise Social Software realisieren lassen. Die wissenschaftliche Basis für diese Arbeit besteht aus theoretischer und empirischer Literatur des Wissensmanagements, der Kommunikationswissenschaften sowie Enterprise 2.0. Durch die Verknüpfung der Themenkomplexe erhofft sich der Autor einen interdisziplinären Erkenntnisgewinn für die Unternehmens- und Kommunikati-onsstrategien von Kleinunternehmen in der Veranstaltungsbranche und spezifisch den der Bhf. Ehrenfeld GmbH. N2 - The objective of this paper is to evaluate existing communication structures for the adoption of knowledge management using the example of the event location operator “Bhf. Ehrenfeld GmbH”. At first preconditions for the adoption of knowledge management are analysed and subsequently knowledge manage-ment goals and strategies get developed. After the analysis the communication structure gets evaluated. Here the topics of knowledge management and com-munication can be linked successfully. To preserve practical relevance, recom-mendations for action are given for both knowledge management adoption and the adaptation of communication structures. It turns out that knowledge manage-ment methods on the one hand and improved communication structure on the other hand can be realized through Enterprise Social Software. The scientific ba-sis of this paper consists of theoretical and empirical literature from the subjects of knowledge management, communication science and Enterprise 2.0. By com-bining these subjects the author aims at an interdisciplinary gain of knowledge for the enterprise and communication strategies of small enterprises in the event sector and in specific of the Bhf.
